Hi!

Here is a sketch of Bradley Cooper.

I wanted to draw him as soon as I saw Limitless (an amazing movie by the way!). He has got great sparkly eyes...and I love drawing people with beautiful eyes

I wasn't able to capture his true expression as in the ref pic...tried pretty hard but it was way too hard

And yea, I know this ref pic has already been overused...but there aren't many good and large ref pics of him...

I used cotton spnges to blend for the first time...not too bad.
The facial hair was such a pain!

Gotta order new paper now...completely out I also plan to buy new blending stumps, old ones are almost black now)


Other random details:

>8 hours (most time spent on eyes and facial hair)

Staedtler HB, 2B, White gel pen, Extensively used Mechanical 0.5 mm Pencil on Strathmore Bristol smooth Paper (11"x14"), Kneaded Eraser and blending stumps, Cotton sponges.

Used Picasa3 to increase contrast and add the black boundary after scanning.
